Fast, private assessment for uncomplicated urinary tract infections by a trained pharmacist. We’ll screen symptoms, check medicine safety, and—if appropriate—supply treatment or provide a prompt GP referral. With your consent, we can share a clinical summary with your GP.
Who this is for

Adults with symptoms of uncomplicated UTI (e.g. burning, frequency, urgency, suprapubic discomfort).

Women 18–65 who meet NSW eligibility (not pregnant, not systemically unwell, no red-flag symptoms such as fever or flank pain).
What to expect

A private consult, symptom assessment, and safety checks (current medicines, allergies, history).

A Mediation Management Review (MMR) is a structured, PPA-funded review of your medicines by an accredited pharmacist, working with your GP to improve safety, simplify regimens, and solve medication problems.

Fast, practical care for selected minor skin conditions—assessed by a pharmacist with evidence-based treatment and clear self-care advice. We screen for red flags and coordinate GP follow-up when outside scope.
Management can be offered to patients who present with:

Eczema (atopic dermatitis) – mild to moderate exacerbations: ages 2–65 (inclusive)

Shingles (herpes zoster): ages 18+

School sores (impetigo): ages 2+

Plaque psoriasis – mild exacerbations: ages 18+
What to expect
Private consult, history and medicine review, condition assessment, and a tailored plan (self-care + suitable pharmacy treatments). We’ll refer to a GP/dermatologist if symptoms are severe, recurrent, involve the eyes/face extensively, systemic illness/fever is present, or if you fall outside the criteria.
